Hotel Eder is in a quiet by-street in Munich's centre between Central Station and the Theresienwiese .
Within a walk of a few minutes you find a large number of cinemas, restaurants, small theatres, and, of course, the State Opera House and the "Deutsche Theater". The Octoberfest area and also a lot of typical bavarian beergardens are very close to the hotel and reachable in 10 minutes by foot.
The Central Station (150 meters close to the hotel) is transit point of several public transports for a quick and comfort way to Munich's new trade fair and the airport.

Besides the comfortable arrival by public tansports with following 3 minutes to go you also reach us very well via Sonnen- and Adolf-Kolping-Strasse by car. A few steps away from the hotel are either subterranean garages or a multi-storey car park.
All S-Railways destinate at Central Station like S 8 to the airport, so as the U-railways U1, U2, U4, U5, U7 and U8.
Please leave the building of Central Station throughout the main exit and turn right to Bayerstrasse. Go 150 meters in direction to Karlsplatz and turn right to Zweigstrasse.
